Ed Tech Design System Audit
Our existing design system was inconsistent and inefficient; there were duplicate styles for some elements, yet insufficient styles for new use cases. My goal was to identify where our team could unify styles, prioritizing changes with the most positive impact.
Ed Tech Wireframe Kit
When working on net new product ideation for a job platform, my team wanted to be able to show concepts faster. In order to help us communicate different potential directions and incorporate feedback more efficiently, I spearheaded creation of a wireframe kit.
Ed Tech Job Search Tool
As a design team for an education platform, we were in charge of building a better job search experience for college students about to enter the workforce. To communicate the blue-sky concept to leadership, we built key screens showing possible features in action.
Ed Tech Partnerships
We were tasked with finding a way to display offers to students when they landed on the website home page, as well as when they used their digital textbook. These offers were from business partners that wanted to extend discounts to students and instructors.
Resources CSR Dashboard
Customer service representatives (CSRs) were working with a clunky legacy system, struggling to efficiently navigate customer calls. I led the design of a modernized front-end that optimized legacy system functionality to help shorten call times and improve CSR ease of use.
